3. AI Processing

To generate responses, your messages and any uploaded files are sent to third-party AI model providers. We use reputable providers and share only what is needed to produce your response. We do not sell your conversation data, and we do not use your conversations to train our own models.

4. Payments

Payment information is collected and processed by our payment provider ("Base44 Payments", powered by Wix Payments) on secure checkout pages. We receive confirmation of your purchase (such as the order and amount) but not your full card details.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use essential cookies and browser local storage to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and support features like referral tracking. We do not use advertising cookies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your conversations and files for as long as your account is active so you can access your history. You may delete individual conversations at any time. When you delete content or close your account, we remove it from active systems within a reasonable period.

7. Sharing & Disclosure

We share your data only with the AI and payment providers needed to run the Service, as described above. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us through our Help page. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent). We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has registered, contact us so we can delete the account.
